Back in the days way back when the ucla 1st started the bruins had navy blue like (Cal). Ucla should just bring back and wear all the "blue colors" including navy blue that would be solid jerseys! Ucla should get the gold alternate jerseys one day.
To those of you unhappy with the "new" away jerseys, may I point out that - until a couple of years ago - UCLA ALWAYS had navy numerals on the away jerseys. Also, the Bruins have not worn "powder" blue home jerseys since Bob Toledo's final season, when they - unfortunately - switched to a darker shade at the behest of Dan Guerrero. Hopefully, they will also go back to the traditional UCLA sky-blue which is far more attractive and complimentary with the gold.
@Mickagume what kind of "Blue" does ucla have I can't tell the difference through the naked eye (LoL!) I like the "new" (Original) road jerseys I hope they sell it at the rose bowl. UCLA should have alternate jerseys like Oregon. I would love to see a gold alternate jersey, even the original navy blue jerseys, the powder jerseys, the darker shade jerseys, the white with blue stripes. Ucla should have about 6 jerseys, 3 home, 1 alternate, 2 aways that would be solid.

@KestrelsAerie Me neither! It matches the helmet but I hate it. We're supposed to be powder keg blue! What always got me annoyed when I was a student was looking at fans at the Rose Bowl and in Pauley and not having everyone wearing a uniform blue. There were so many shades and it just annoyed me. Where is our POWDER KEG BLUE?!
I agree with Bruin1396... These new jersey is awesome but his idea of that jersey would be cooler.

While these uniforms are nice, a cooler one would be a black except for bruin blue numbers and shoulder stripes. Or we just get sponsored by Nike...
