Carnage is the best villian in the freacking spiderman history, its like that in evry single super hero movie like batman got joker and maybe carnage is alittle more psycho then joker so so what the best thing about villian is when they are psycho,crazy a serious villian like penguin and sandman is like no fun at all to watch maybe as secondary villian while the main villian is someone like carnage and joker cba with trin to rememb more but i hope atleast that carnage will be in spiderman 4

i think that spiderman needs to be made darker like the new batman movies. carnage will only fit in a spiderman movie if it was a darker setting. after what Raimi did to Venom i think that the whole thing needs to remade. venom needs justice.

Spider-Man for the most part isnt a dark character so I dont think they should go that route unless they were going to do a darker story like they attempted to do with the Symbiote story in Spider-man 3 and it looks like they are rebooting the franchise now and are going to re do the origin anyway

@Torreygnr1 It is pretty dark mate. maybe it don't come across in the comics but it shows in the caroons. the plot in Spiderman 3 wasn't dark that was an emo mess that destroyed venom... i thik they differently need to fix this.

They tried to go all dark in Spider-Man 3 with Peter killing the Sandman for killing uncle Ben, Ive seen pretty much all the Spider-Man cartoon shows over the years and they are mostly pretty upbeat except for a few storylines justlike the comics

That wasn't dark. that was trying to give people that venom fucks with peter head but still tryna keep in tune with the whole family comedy relief fun film theme. and clearly didn't work as we can both agree. I really think that if it as remade from the start with a slightly more serious time to it that wonders could be done. Every character would get justice including venom. I seriously believe that a director like Jon Favreau could pull this off.

Yes I know this but people were speculating that the piece of the symbiote Doc Connors Had would be the thing that would transform Kletus Cassidy into Carnage I dont like the idea but those were the rumors

@codawgxx you do know that venom isn't gone. and do you also remember the little bit of venom that was cut from peter by doc connors. thats the plot for carnage.

venom is constantly being burned and stuff. he is weak against it but it don't kill him. he is due for return in a later movie. but after the disgrace in spiderman 3 i don't if they'll ever get that far.

But she could start off as who you think bad guy, like in Spider Man 2 the game.

I wouldnt want to see any mindless rampaging villains, at least not as main villains. I'd love Lizard or any villain like him as a secondary villain but as a main villain? Mysterio, man. Mysterio! Imagine how his illusions could look like in a Spider-Man movie! As long as they keep the fishbowl and purple cape. Mysterio would be awesome! best comicbook movie villain evah if done right

Oh and Black Cat, I'd love to see her as well. A cute naughty woman is what spidey movies still miss IMO

Great to hear I am not the only one that likes the fishbowl helmet =) I like that helmet because it can be really creepy if you look in the fishbowl and you can see some kind of mist inside it, with very vaguely a creepy face hidden in it, or something like that. Everyone makes fun of the fishbowl but it offers a lot of possibility's to make Mysterio really creepy

But i have the feeling that if he will appear in a movie they will only make fun of him and wont make him a threat, how bout you?

I've always like the way Mysterio's abilities worked the illusions and such. He is one of those villans that could make Spider-Man kill himself without even touching him. I think he could be done creepily like you said but not many people have done him that way which is unfortunate because I think Mysterio is a potentially a really deep and interesting character.

awesome. yes my thoughts exactly. As a matter of fact I am currently writing some sort of book right now about mysterio discovering parker being spider-man, and he sets up a huge complex plan to slowly destroy peter's life bit by bit, make him crazy, make him think MJ commited suicide because of him, scaring aunt may into getting a heart attack, etcetera... With a lot of horror scenario's/illusions.. lots of potential! I wonder what they'll do with him in his january 2010 comic appearence

I really hope they do something good with him. I've really liked the Electro issues so far so Im hoping the good trend continues with Mysterio and Rhino in particular I'm interested in how they will re-invent the Rhino. Mysterio has been pretty good in the Re-launch of Ultimate Spider-Man so far but he doesn't have the fishbowl! It kinda bugs me. Your story sounds really cool. Ive been writing some stories as well but I am a terrible artist and can't find anyone to draw my stuff.

No Punisher movie so far has been PG-13. They've all been rated R. They're as gory as Hell.

And I think Carnage could work in either a PG-13 an R rating.  Look how they portrayed Joker's violence in The Dark Knight. I don't think Carnage is tied down to R, but he still has to be kept dark and violent obviously.

Yeah ur right 2004 Punisher was R I was mistaken and I think the Joker is alot diffrent than Carnage, even thought Carnage was based on the Joker I don't see Carnage as a schemer the way the Joker is portrayed in the dark knight. That movie didnt focus on the Joker killing people it focused on the part of his character where he schemes and makes up plans. Carnage I think is more of a midless killer andwithout fully being able to unleash him I dont think it could be done

You're right, but I still don't exactly think Carnage needs to be tied down to an R Rating, but that isn't saying I wouldn't mind seeing him in an R Rated movie. They put him into an animated show after all.
