What's the price of one of the 1/8 scale? I'm thinking about getting a new truck soon, but i'm not sure what, but as of now I have my Savage which hasn't been ran for a few years now, but I think i'll change that this summer.

@civicmaneg6 alot of people who own it have learned to fix that. i hear its all about switching around the link geometry, where the top of the shock body connects to the inside of the kit and the bottom of the shock rod connects to the outer edges of the axle.

@MrJujuist the driveshaft mades it 4wd, and the axles keep the things behind the tires on. it goes from left to right and each end goes into the things behind the tires
@MegaPwner1 None of these are waterproof, although it's probably possible for the 1/16th and 1/10th, but not for the 1/8th, as it's engines are mounted on the axles.
@EarrGasmm Actually all motors are unaffected by water so they don't need to be waterproofed (only ESC's & receivers need to be waterproofed). Only thing you need to worry about is keeping dirt & debris out of the motor, especially brushed motors. If you run 'em through dirty water then you'll probably burn 'em out, but otherwise if its halfway clean they're ready for water.
P.S. Metal parts will need a coat of marine grease, which is pretty cheap at a hardware store.

Looks like this comes with Deans connectors from looking at the 10th scale in the vid you can clearly see them. FINALLY!!! One of these off brand manufacturers is using the plugs 95% of people use instead of the goofy off brand banana plugs they have been using. I just ordered one and it's going to be so nice not to have to hack the wires of a brand new esc to install deans.

Hello im going to buy the 1/10 scale for my son, have you had any complaints on the torque twist, and what size hubs are on the 1/10 scale if i wanted to up grade the rims,thankyou.
I just ordered 2 as of sept. 17 2011 Watching vids on you tube i see that torque roll or twist to be a problem Question is if owners are able to work out this problem via shock adjustments or moving body mounts why couldn't this just be done at the factory. I'm sure we are going to have fun and learn as we go but this little tweak would make customers happier if done by you. I'm just saying is all.
@dinkco45 i have the 1/16 version, the easiest way to combat the torque twist it the take out the rear left spring and stretch it about 5-10mm and put it back in. having more pre-load on that one spring makes a huge difference. if you run "droop" set up then it is harder to combat the twist.
rather get a 1 16th summit then that 1 16th and a 1 10 summit than a 1 8th scale max stone and the summit has around 10 inches all three whells on the ground

I had a question i just bought one of theses the other day and i should be getting it any time now and its the beginning of December and there is snow where im at and i was wondering if i could make the engine water proof some so my RC don't get damaged from the snow and the wetness. Ok i have a question about the max stone 8, first off i know rock crawlers are not spouse to go fast, but how fast does it go?? and second is it a good starter crawler??
@SuperCrazydude1234 make sure that the transmitter is on before the vehicle. Also make sure the antenna is extended and no other frequency can interrupt it

@nitrorcx id really like one of these but, I dont know where to use it. I was also looking for something to jump off ramps with. What would you recomend for me to jump off ramps with, that will go offroad, and is very fast. Thumb up if you think Nitrorcx.com should get liso 1/10 sliders.=)

Ok i have a question about the max stone 8, first off i know rock crawlers are not spouse to go fast, but how fast does it go?? and second is it a good starter crawler??

@SuperCrazydude1234 make sure that the transmitter is on before the vehicle. Also make sure the antenna is extended and no other frequency can interrupt it

alright well i bought the 1/16 scale and im havin problems with my reciver like when u have to reset it, it wont work and it will go by its self

Said you had stock on the 1/16 scale... purchased one... then received a notice 4 days later saying you were out of stock and not going to have any for 4-6 weeks! Well... I tried to try you out. but got a refund instead.

and what the F,,, i went to check out the Maxstone on nitrorcx.. and then i checked out the Axial scorpion on ehobbies and ITS THE SAME DESCRIPTION ??? what is up wiht that....???? lol there is a $100 difference... i want to know if im getting the same kit or what LOL

@xXTaNodel408Xx the 1/16 should have enough power to do most of your task, the motor can be upgraded, but highly doubt you need more power for this size crawler
