Are you talking about 'Midnight' that ends with all the Bad Wolf references? The episode after that is 'The Stolen Earth', then 'Journey's End', the Season Four finale.

If you're talking about the episode 'Bad Wolf' at the end of Season One with Christopher Eccelston and Billie Piper, the next episode was the Season One finale, 'The Parting of the Ways'.

When Rose was possessed after looking into the heart of the Tardis, she spoke as the Tardis, refering to him as 'my Doctor'. I'm only guessing as is everyone else, but we'll find out in a few hours.

so the dr 'dies' by the darlek and starts to regenerate but what i don't get is on youtube there r pictures of him doing the christmas special for 2008 meaning he didn't regenerate.

one theory i have is that all of these missing planets r out of sync with the rest of the universe so maybe that has some effect on the regenration. but knowing my luck its probably something much bigger and complicated related to the older series.

Digital Spy always puts up a number of "truths" from the episode, but to keep up the suspense, throws in three "red herrings" that aren't true to allow the audience to wait to determine what's to come.

What if The Daleks during the Time War, where The Doctor "sealed the rift at the Medusa Cascade", had a pocket reality or something inside the Cascase. Before they were sealed, they grabbed random planets to have the resources to rebuild themselves. But it was so random & just what they could get throughout the time stream, like the Earth now, the lost moon of Poosh, etc.
