Awesome vid. Does the '88 have any aftermarket engine modifications? If not, what sort of power do you get out of it? I'm asking because I'm looking at one very similar and heard they had HP/power issues.
@XxWINxX94 the 88 is a tbi 318, just has shorty headers and straight pipes. makes about 260hp not bad for its age, never had a problem with it until the map sensor shit the bed, so we yanked it out and put in a 360 carb. great trucks to have!
@1999DodgeSikSpak not with the old Chrystler 5.9's, they did a really good job on the motors in the 80's, i got an 82 W150 with a Chrystler 5.2, and its running like a champ, i was doing the same things as a 94 Chevy out in the boonies
@LinkedMooMan117117 Of course they are greating running motors, I'm not saying that. I was saying 260hp in a stock 318 engine is not right. More on the verge of 160-190 MAX. My 1999 360 is running about 250/330tq. An all I have is a exhaust and E3 Spark Plugs.
@XxWINxX94 if its a older dodge i wouldnt worrry about power they are geard to pull anything my 1990 dodge 360 tbi can pull more than my uncles new 2008 ram with a hemi only some dodges have little power cuz of a junk head they made in the early 80s past 85 you get 302 swirlport heads that will produce plenty of power,what year truck are you getting?

@monsterj1j it does fine with the 265/70R16 tires and stock hight is bigger than the 88 with a lift.
