I wonder where it will be based. Could be Paris, but if it got to Paris, within 28 months it will have spread the entire Europe/Asia and African continents. The next one is probably in the US or Australia or something. Or it could be back in the UK, as after 28 weeks it will have become safe again, it could be used as a base to enter Europe.
