Chris Dodd, with the help of Treasury "consultants" at the last minute, that would have prevented ALL executive compensation. Meanwhile the House Reps that voted 'yea' (majority dem) say,"its not our fault we didn't read it." Our government has failed us, again. I think all the states should secede from DC and revive the Constitution and the Union.
Beginning in about 3 weeks, 100 million Americans will each be spending or saving about 12 dollars extra per week. That's an extra billion dollars being added to the economy PER WEEK.

I appreciate your point, I did not intend to convey that what I said was absolute fact, its sort of noted that when discussing any events from antiquity facts, dates and events become fuzzy due to a lack of historical record, hence lots of 'likely'.
