The track is called "Free Move", but yeah, it's not on the soundtrack. You might be able to find it on Google.

yep, but this chapter (Part 2 of Smile to be precise) is the climax of the game and probably what you would call an ending (since they show credits and the "THE END" thing lol), but then comes the last chapter which is the epilogue really (really short).
