Gosh i enjoyed that . I used to live in Brynmawr and when very young(oinks ago) my parents took me after Chapel for walk very often to the Lonely Shepherd. Every time i come to visit on the way up the Heads of the Valley i always point him out....and his lonely dog beside him....G8 views ...thx for posting Jan x ps wasn't there another name as well...peaky stone....? i rather the Lonely Shepherd thro'
