I think death sentence is befitting only if it is as painful and as torturous as it would have been for laci and connor... a slow, painful one.

WTF are you talking about, sympathizing with Scott Peterson? There was plenty of circumstantial evidence, including SP's abundant psychopathic behavior. Plus, one of the booted jurors was flirting with SP in court -- not exactly impartial given that's his main MO.

Maybe your heart is but mines not. He wouldve been lucky enough to have the prosecuto even think about life in prison. He should get the death penelty. Thats what happens when you kill an innocent woman and your unborn son.

I said the same thing, Even though i think he did it, it was all circumstantial evidence and Scott got a raw deal in trial, it was such a high profile case that they did anything to convict even dismissing 2 jurors that needed to see physical evidence to convict and there was none, soo they replaced them with 2 jurors that would say guilty. There was more evidence in the OJ trial then this one.

the 2 jurors that were dismissed was during deliberations, I could understand if it was during trial but at deliberations says alot. rather then mistrial or acquittal lets get 2 jurors that see it our way.

Those 2 jurors must of been saying I think he did it, but its not beyond a reasonable doubt soo we cant convict and prosecutor wasnt having that

Death is too good. Unless he's cuffed, weighted with anchors, and tossed into the bay ALIVE AND CONSCIOUS. I'd love him to have an air tank with enough air to keep him alive for a day or so, let him feel what it's like to be at the bottom of the ocean, cold, helpless and in the dark being nibbled on by fishes. Then let his air run out and let him suffocate just the way Conner did. That would be the ONLY just way to execute Scott. Sometimes, only an eye for an eye will do.
