Better than ETFs, but still better to hold in your hand as soon as your order allows. As far as TOS... all businesses have them (or should) to protect themselves in the event of extreme circumstances.
Still though, not really comforting when it come to gold, silver, and other bullion! :) The question is... are the terms reasonable or a setup for defrauding in the future. It's a case by case call... you have to weigh the risk.
The Tungsten Bars were reported to be the Good Delivery 400 Oz bars. The others from 1KG downwards are fine as they are often melted down for jewellery and what not and tungsten would be spotted immediately
