this guy is huge on ingredients. especially obscure ones. and the brownies... people won't like it. problem is, people are going to make the brownies first and find the picture and the result are from two completely different planets. so on top of spending an assloads on ingredients you're not likely to use outside of the making of the odd ball foods here.
this is why people eat bad foods. cause they don't cost an arm and a leg to procure and the result is usually instant gratification.
Saw him on The Doctors where he also plugged this book and made some of the recipes in it, which I am dying to try!! Especially the cauliflower mashed potatoes!! Has anyone tried that? Supposedly even those who don't like cauliflower enjoy it!
Btw, did the host of this show used to be on a show on that rogers channel (Rogers TV or something like that, in Ontario, Canada)?

Just bought Rocco's book. It's great and I am following many of the recipes. Highly recommend it.
