According to MasteringWushu, his name is Wei Ya Lei from Henan. I can read a little Chinese, but not as much as him :). The team is on the very bottom, then the athelete's name is above in the beginning when they show the score. Look at the footage at jg8211 or whatever his screen name is, there is a pretty good broadswrod girl from henan in yellow. See ya!

thats because they were deducting points for landing with his right leg first and it was bent
