I am AME, but as a child every now and again we went to my father's Baptist Church and the Busy Bee Choir would sing this song...This gospel song resonates deep within my soul. I still quote that first line as a way of saying I am not there yet, be patient...I have the sheet music to that song, hopefully soon I can have my choir sing this song. Praise God for the ole skool gospel songs which are now being placed as hymns in newer hymnals.

@42j I agree with you...I miss the "gospel sound" in the gospel music...because you could tell which music was Gospel and which music was worldly. Now adays, Gospel artists love to add a little vibe to it and I understand that there are younger people in their teens like me that like the "new sound" to Gospel. But some of the artists dont have to make it sound too worldly in order to get the message across...the Word of God is never going to change, it will always stay the same!!
