It would be nice if it were more than just a trailer from a DVD which is more than likely "for sale" with a bunch of "positive affirmations." Anyone can produce a video like this. As they say, "FAIL!"

i love it. so full of energy , i would have liked it even more if i could have keeped up ..any chance you could slow it down a bit? so that i can read the words fully and follow aload.yours is the best vidio on whole health i can find

Thank you so much for the praise and feedback. We do realize that some sections of the video are a little fast. It's a challenge to keep the content in sync with the music. We feel that since most will watch multiple time, one can learn & remember those sections. Also, know that the subconscious mind is quicker than the conscious. Your mind will soak this up whether you recognize it or not. Please don't be frustrated. 'Go with the flow!'
