The clip with F.L.U.D.D. (not water pack) has captain falcon recover away from the stage! He wouldn't of survived even if Mario didn't use F.L.U.D.D on him! It hardly even mentions most of Mario's airgame and it refers his F-smash as a meteor smash and his meteor smash as an air smash. Also, I fail to see how the mario tornado can be abused in melee as the damage hasn't been changed from melee to brawl. and one last thing. what does it mean by 'smart players will always cleer house with him?

I thought the same as everyone else at one point, but the FLUDD is very useful for stages like Jungle Japes and Big Blue where if you hit the bottom of the stage it's hard to get back to the platforms. Plus the cape may be a bit weak, but it actually reflects projectiles and sends them back at the foe with more power. That's why I think Mario is awesome in Brawl, he is very agil, and Balanced.

@JyoErinn15 I think he should have a weakened tornado punch and then with the luma from galaxy, and then theres 2 versions of mario, second one being fully equipped with F.L.U.D.D. attacks =D would be more cool

short hop dair is good for comboes his n-air isnt as good as in melee u can use 2 u airs in a short hop his f-air has less meteor hit boxes

use the dash attack to get them in the air, then follow up with the upair twice and then use upb.

i dunno, think up of your own. those are the best, since you're more familiar with those rather than something a video taught you.

when you perform mario's final smash jump in the air and try to be in thr middle of the stage or the end for full effect. Whenever I do an upward smash I follow up with his Tornado Punch for extra damage.

if you have a stage with walls use mario's wall jump it adds to your jumps as the Mario cape giving you up to 5 jumps.

well, some people i faced only in brawl are NOOBS that think their cool cause they beat lvl 9 cpus which are much easier in this game. so the guides will help some and it will show some changed moves

actually i think the AI in Brawl is the best so far. I still kick their ass of course, but they are noticeable better than in melee or 64
