Thanks for sharing this, I listened to the soundtrack on the Modizer app for the first time, and was amazed to hear a significant difference from what I thought I was going to hear. I owned two games on the TG-16 bit, and both had a mainly 8-bit NES-like sound to them, but it seems that the music for Super Star Soldier really broke that mold! It's even been said that these are arguably the finest graphics for a TG-16 game!
Thanks for bringing back alot of childhood memories with the music vids. I still play some of these games right now. There's nothing like a good old school classic to pass a couple of hours by. Keep up the good work & do you have a vid for blazing lazers?
Yeah, I know what you mean. I think the ONLY sound chip for the NES/Famicom that could come close to this was the Namco106. Eight channels of audio with user-definable waveforms.
1:25 Sounds just Like Bomber King (Famicom).

Fun game, catchy music. I recently discovered it on virtual console and have been trying to 1CC it... it's pretty challenging!
