  • great tune. <3

  • Concerning vocals, this is by far the most impressive version I've heard. Sameer and YTG are brilliant!

  • AWESOME

  • i like this song and none of their other ones. i hope that makes a lot of people mad. cause its not true.

  • this is mind blowing quality

  • more fans = more concerts

  • the strongest muscles in my body are now in my pointer finger from clicking replay over and over and over..

  • this band is awesome!!!!!

  • These guys deserve the attention they're getting. (:

  • Ahhhh...fresh air!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That was pretty astonishing I love live music.

  • The fuck. The official music video was taken down. they deserve an arrow in the knee

  • very nice video check me out on youtube its called Semaj My Body thanks much love.

  • they sound great!

  • that drummer is hoottt

  • Their performance on the VMA's was amazing! One of the best I've seen. I fell in love with this band immediately. :)

  • Why isn't everyone excited these guys are successful. Think if they only had a small audience of hipsters they would probably split. Appreciate attention.

  • I have been looking the performance at the vma but I couldnt find it :( can someone send me a link where to watch it, please!

  • Saw them on the VMA'S on tv and loved them. They had the crowd going like I havn't seen in a long time, they were like Nirvana the way they perfomed. Awesome!

  • awesomeness

  • I'd spend every nights watching the MTV video music award show, just to see these drunk euro fucks stumble

  • I think this sounds better live than the studio version.. Odd to see bands do that these days

  • My English teacher is the father or the guitarist

  • these guys have such a bright future.......I agree.....they have such passion.....

  • Intro kinda sound like 'The Beautiful People' , Marilyn Manson...

  • ITT: Mad hipsters cuz this band is getting exposure. Go drink your coffee or something.

  • @SlipKnoTRokr These guys were great when they were small and their still great. As long as the fame doesn’t get to them and they still produce good music then who cares.

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Shame their getting famous. Their too good for media bullshit*t

  • @515diana ... Yeah, I guess they are so good you'd prefer they go broke? Do you think the band would rather play for YOU, or play for as many adoring fans as possible? Take it from a musician: it's hard enough making a living these days without your own "fans" bringing you down. Just some advice... If you love them, encourage them to flourish!

  • @515diana thats such a horrible stance, any body and everybody should be excited that they're getting so big, it means there are more and more people with good taste in music and also now they can continue doing what they're doing because they have the money to to support themselves.

  • @515diana You used the wrong They're twice.

  • why are you guys so amazing.. <3

  • by far the coolest sound studio video ever. plus a really legit song(:

  • Love this friggin song...the sound and vibes are soo chill like last summer right now.

  • Favorite song ever!!!! -3

  • Best version I heard, I think this version is even better then the CD-version (so in the studio. Yes this is studio too, but really good and live!)

Young the Giant.. my new favorite band. <3

  • somebody notice the lyric difference with one on live vma?

  • <3 so coooool

  • I saw them lasy year backing up Minus The Bear and I mostly went there cause Shout Out Louds were playing there but man they were the first band and I was in the front row. They had soo much energy then, and I heard they played on Jimmy Kimmel so i'm glad they are getting exposure. Also I talked to the guitarist, he was a cool guy

  • Best band ever

  • This song makes me go into a musical trance!! d(o.o)b

  • My B0:0DY!

  • quit being so fucking selfish with your music-

I hate hearing people say - oh I don't like them as much anymore because

go ahead and find the lead singer and ask him what he thinks about having more fans from across the globe- you should be ashamed to call yourself a fan.

never can have too many fans.. the more the better. =] KILLER SONG!

  • I swear these guys are so much better live, they absolutely rock!

  • His voice is amazing!

  • Heard this on the VMA's for the first time and instantly loved it.

  • It's sad that if MTV played quality music people would actually listen and love it. People want a music revolution. Not fucking awful music they have promoted the past 10 years.

  • Good job at vma's

  • Love this new upcoming group. They did a great job at the MTV awards.

  • I GOT IT SAY IT, I"AM 51 YEARS OLD. i LISTENED TO ALL KIND OF GREAT MUSIC. FROM PROGRESSIVE ROCK, TO A GOOD BOSANOVA, A CLASSICAL PIANO CONCERTO OR A GOOD SALSA. BUT THESE GUYS REALLY GOT ME ADDICTED. I THINK I LOST COUNT HOW MANY TIMES I LISTENED TO THIS OR ANY OTHER VERSION. THEIR ENERGY, SEX APPEAL, THE BAND'S MUSICAL TALENT. THEY BRING EVERYTHING TO THE STAGE

  • I f'n loved them they had energy that kept the show great

  • I love to dance on this music. Great song great band !

  • @ tonynyadman:That is exactly why I am here. The performance was one of the best performances of the night,if not the best.

  • They killed it. I felt their energy through the tv. I kept rewinding their performance! I loved it

  • Who else came here because of the VMA's? Sadly is was about the only performance where the artists actually looked like they really enjoyed playing for the crowd -- actually, havin a f'n blast!

  • @Tonynyadman To be fair, the other artists did also look like they were enjoying themselves. Except for Lil Wayne. But you are right though - none of them could match the energy and the attitude of Young the Giant. Obviously it was the best performance of the night.

  • I was blown away by their VMA performance, put everybody else to shame that night...

  • Best performance at the VMAs.

  • So totally awesome

  • Is it weird that i like it before the video even starts?

  • Palabra

  • SoCal continues to pump out some of the best bands of this century...

  • Ilove this song

  • This is sexy.

    End of story.

  • I don't care if I have to sell half of everything I own, I will see them in concert!!

  • My dad always says how music will never be as good as the time when there was Led Zeppelin and The who, i played this song for him and he listened to the entire album without moving... They rock

  • @ErEckio dude play your dad some cold war kids..........

  • @ErEckio please let him hear some Biffy Clyro. these guys sound close but biffy is unreal.

  • Live! And still very good. Some other bands can learn from him how to sing live like this.

  • @TheRiteOne100 You're a tool. Who cares why @2010sprinkles is listening to Young the Giant!?! When I was a kid Steve Miller Band was my favorite because it was my step-sisters favorite and I still love them today (saw them last year in ATL). Rock on sprinkles, you are never too young to learn to ignore ignorant jackasses.

  • Good music still lives!

  • This song just makes me feel infinite, no other way to describe it.

  • Omg, this sounds sooooo f*cking amazing!

They are really good, I love their music!

Keep going Young The Giant, keep making REAL music <3

  • honestly this is a pretty bangin live performance if its really live

  • Zooooo kick ass!

  • How do people "dislike" this. It's amazing.

  • 310,000 views and im responsible for almost half i would imagine

  • How does this get 10 dislikes???

  • cool......pure class

  • wait is this new sounds kind of 90ish

  • teen wolf

  • if you like this song, look up these boxes (original) :D

  • the jakes.

  • stunning, i can't believe he can actually sing like that live!

  • @JMDLMusic not everybody has to depend on computers

  • Saw them live...they were sick

  • I can't get over the fantastic-amazing-perfect-brilliant-ness of this song. Love love love it.

  • this is one of my fav songs and I'm only 11

  • @2010sprinkles when i was 11 i was listening to led zeppelin, jimmy Hendrix, cream, modest mouse, sublime nirvana. and you know what? i never had an outlet like youtube where i could share how cool i thought i was for listening to music beyond my years.and it was good thing cause i feel like kids nowadays get into music to be "cool" not cause its what they LOVE! i might be wrong with you kid............. but for the most part i feel a generation of posers are being raised

  • @TheRiteOne100 But now you have an outlet to tell young children just how cool you were too, isn't that just fantastic.

  • @TheKatoom ha ha! tuche!

  • @TheKatoom But it doesn't negate the fact most kids get into music now for the image!

  • @TheRiteOne100 Some do, sure. Don't think that's really any different than any other point in history though. People want to fit in - always have.

  • @TheKatoom its just exploded with the internet! everyone is a musician or hipster nowadays.its comical.jocks i went to high school with now wear skinny jeans and play drums what a joke

  • @TheRiteOne100 oh by zeus, finally someone shares my opinion! thanks

  • @WolverineAndSloth your very welcome:) i remember before they called us hipsters we were just called losers, weirdos even gay for wearing tight jeans. oh but it feels good to play at all the local bars and see everyone who peeked in high school.

  • @TheRiteOne100 i like modest mouse, lol but i never talk about the music i listen to, or dress the way posers do... my mum and dad luv this kinda music, and i would never want to be a poser of anything! and if you watch my videos you should know i dont really try to be cool... i would never be like that. im not one of those people :)

  • @2010sprinkles you seem like a nice kid. i was talking in general, not to you particularly

  • @TheRiteOne100

    Couldn't agree more, bub

  • @TheRiteOne100 That's very true among the youth (im in highschool) but the lack of maturity must be ruled in ... they will grow up eventually + it may seem that way on the internet but remember the internet is "young" same as most of the people who spend a lot of time on it. It will change.

  • @TheRiteOne100 people were doing the same thing in "your generation", and in ones before you, so i really dont know what your talking about. The only difference now is an advanced media so it may seem other wise. People from prior generations really get on an ego trip sometimes.

  • @thevisi0naryy dude im your age blaahahahahah and you have no idea what you are even talking about.......

  • @TheRiteOne100 Yeah that wasnt really a response to anything i said, but alright. I was telling you that you sound ignorant.

  • @thevisi0naryy ok.......people have always done what? get into music for the wrong reasons duh! but nowadays is seems with the Internet its just gotten out of hand how can you deny that! its in our faces

  • @TheRiteOne100 What thekaboom said pretty much sums it up.

  • @thevisi0naryy please....... refresh my memory

  • @TheRiteOne100 gotta love people who generalize like this... growing up right now i'm extremely offended by this comment. My love and passion for music is any bit as strong as any one from your generation. maybe youre not looking in the right places, but "kids nowadays" appreciate that music "beyond their years" you dont own that shit dude, please dont bash on us.. had to put my 2 cents in.

  • @amhennessey208 dude your not that young my bass player is 18.and i know a lot of 18 year old kids who think like me. i was talking about a generation a little younger than yours. i give music lessons to jr kids and high school kidsi know what im talking about :)

  • @TheRiteOne100 Yeah bro im 13 and all my friends r like rock sucks and classic rock is even worst .. while their listing to their wiz khalifa shit

  • @TheRiteOne100 Unfortunately for you, your just wrong. I could recite every damn lyrics from any sublime song/album, I love jimmy hendrix and nirvana. I was born in the 91. Frankly good music is enjoyed by everyone, i could care less if someone thinks music is about seeming cool, they're just as ignorant as you for calling a whole generation posers. Just face up to the fact that commercialism has devoured the industry, doesn't mean good music and good fans who appreciate music don't exist.

  • @davidaxworthy WOW you can recite EVERY lyric from ALL of those artists....I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT! listen man you get my point, well 51 other people do any way.(ahem cough cough) so it may not apply to every 1 out of 10. be glad your that 1%, and thumbs up that comment!.. cause if everyone was like you and i AND THE 51 PEOPLE WHO GAVE MY COMMENT A THUMBS UP! well then every one would be cool....and thus losing its value...........

  • @TheRiteOne100 I'm just stating the simple fact that if someone listens to music because they feel it is cool, they are ignorant and missing the whole point of it. I am not going to say that a generation of people are posers!. (P.S. i said i knew every sublime song because Bradley Nowell is a genius) I do find how music is butchered today to be cruel, I understand your point fine. I wasn't criticizing it, i just didn't agree with everything you said (generation of posers being raised lol)
