Great video, you're obviously very informed about the issues under review.

You mentioned the uncertainty regarding the re-negotiations with NAFTA, and this current agreement is a major reason why Canada won't support the right to water. NAFTA considers water to be a "tradeable" good, and Canada doesn't want to oppose this notion. As Prime Minister of Canada, what would your stance be on the possible bulk exportation of Canadian water, as our nation is clearly on the brink of a water crisis?
