I hope it is just the very poor camera sound making this recording so bad and not the instruments. The only instrument half ways in tune seems to be the piano itself. The pianist looks a lot older than 16 years. But he is very talented if he is really that young. His partly missing dynamics will come with experience. Wish him good luck for his future!

My goodness 2:49 is downright painful to listen to, maybe the audio in the video is messed up? Either that or that instrument is horribly out of tune.

Joshua I just watched this video again for the first time in about a year and I have to say I'm still blown away by your talent at such a young age! I can't imagine how far you've probably come by now if this is where you were at 16 - how old were you when you started playing?

I'd love to teach myself piano (obviously the display of professionalism you exhibit wasn't yielded by self-teaching), but as a musician focused on stringed insruments, I don't think I possess the coordination of
