Can you take off the extra over the limit fee you took me for? NO! Can you cancel the credit protector service I never signed up for? NO! Can you compensate me for the overdraft fee I received from the bank after you took $80001 instead of $801 from the bank like I told you to? NOO!!! Can I speak to a supervisor? NO. Can I have your name? No. At Capital One, the answer is always no.
