Starting off from having layered hair. He has it parted to mostly the left and has blond hair extensions on the on the bangs and a few on the back lower side on the right. Then he has it flicked outwards then back (which can be achieved by a flat iron as well as a blower dryer). Then he has clay or pomade and applies it to the bangs in random sections. Then put hair spray to hold it all together. ^_^
