this is the gross way the easy way to to stir the water fast then put the eggs in the pan make sure you put the eggs in the direction you stirred the water in so the whites wraps itself around the yolk to get poached eggs simple :)
Add white vinegar to the water and make sure you don't add salt cause salt will make them fall apart. Swirl the water and gently drop the eggs into the centre, cook for two minutes.

You can also try stirring the water rather quickly before you add the egg. The whirling motion makes the egg wrap around itself.
