ANother quick way to do something like this look is to..........................

apply a purple to the top of your eyelid then put a sheer pink over it........................then to the bottom of your eyelid use a blue liquid eyeliner.

WHEN you use the pink and purple blend them into each other by running your finger swiftly along your eyelid in the direction TOWARD your ear.

You cant get it at walmart or walgreens. The only other option besides buying it from coastal scents is to buy it on ebay and they usually come straight from china unless you are lucky enough to find someone in the us that is selling one. hope that helps you out!
