here is my understanding of the video, at the beginning when he is just walking through the crowd bumping into people knocking the guys suitcase down, he seems to be showing that he is sort of consumed with himself and all of his own problems, then he gets to the crash scene and realizes he isn't the only one in life going through pain, then he runs back to try to get through to himself about changing
