Well, I think it is a shamisen, which an unique instrument commonly found in Japan, because it is part of their culture. I'm not sure that this is the instrument used in the track, this is a guess ok, m8?

@robertorivera987 It's been 6 months since you asked the question, so you probably forgot the question and someone probably already answered, but I'm answering anyway. Harmonica and strings. The strings are hard to identify, but I'm guessing numerous violas or basses. There's some kind of synthesizer element in the strings, so that's way it's hard to identify. And the harmonica could be mistaken for strings too, but no string instrument makes that sound on any note or octave.

i can achieve a similar sound by pressing hard on the bow and playing high noted on the violin lol

no but i just proved i can produce a noise like that, natively, on a stringed instrument :3

however, the instrument sounds more like a Chanter, from a non-scottish set of pipes(i say this because the expression is far too fluid for a scottish pipe chanter; having played the pipes myself).
