tap water use it or use salt water (mix salt and distilled water dont use actual sea water)

I am building a unit with 304 stainless plates.I have read that for optimum generation a gap of .048"-.063" is required. I plan on selling the plates already to assemble(cutting stainless is a bitch)then i found an article saying that using stainless produces hexavalent chromium in the electrolyte which causes cancer and is considered extremely deadly to internal organs! have you

I am working to install my HHo cell in my 02 Chevy Want to ask you where you connected to activate your cell and also what sort of preformace and MPG are you getting with the CELL. Good Job on your install.

You need a Efie system for your truck and expect atleast a 40% increase depending on how much HHO your cell can produce . if its at 1.2-1.3 lpm and your at 11 mpg expect to get 9-10 more MPG .

First NICE job on the install! Nice and clean with good wire management.. Can you tell us more about current draw, MPG increase? Also, did you do ANYTHING different to the computer on the truck so it doesn't add more gas when it senses more O2? I have a Chevy Vortec 5.3 V8 that I want to do.

what grade of SS are you using? 304,316? Along with the pond water, the grade of SS will make a difference as well. L316 being the best.Looks like you have a lot of iron in your water. Pond,Tap,spring water has minerals and such and lower grades of stainless has amounts of ferrite that leech out through the electrolizing process. Rain water is a good idea as well. I use L316, Ti(type 2)Distilled

water. 10 grams KOH per gallon. Hope that helps. Nice build too!

thanks, im using 316 food grade stainless. the green gunk is algae growth from the heat over a periond of 3 days. around where i live they have to put alot of algaecide in the tap water. my tap water has a ton of electrolites in it and rain water gives me the most freedom to "tune" my electrolite consistantly
