In my mind, THIS is what freerunning is about. Not flips on ground, flips over stuff, flips on ledges, flips off of rails....no, creative fun, interesting, beautiful movement. I see far too many videos of "freerunners" that just try to act like gymnasts outdoors.

This video is truly how to use one's body and environment as one in a creative way. I'm not really a "freerunner" but this is now my inspiration.

@LHSStuntman your own opinion i prefer flip's and parkour mixed together instead of this i have to admit this is very creative but in my opinion pointless also there's a big difference between gymnast outdoor's flip's and msot freerunner's flip's......compare someone like tim shieff to damien walter's and you will see what i'm talking about.....

@j4ckyb01 Wow....way to act like I've never seen the greats like Damien Walters or Tim Schief. Walters isn't a freerunner, and Schief hardly flips at all. Cionn is on the level of those guys easily just because he isn't as famous means nothing.

You point would have been more valid if you cited people who do more flips while they freerun...Illabaca, Doyle et al.

All I see with "freerunners" is flips. It gets old fast. Freerunning is about beautiful movement, not simply flips.

@LHSStuntman Oleg is, in my opinion, the best free runner, Cionn is second though, and Livewire third. What makes Tim Shieff so good is his arm strength, I've never seen anybody else do the things Livewire does. Having that arm strength opens up his ability to move sooo much. Oleg is just insane, in 2006 he was better then probably most if not all the free runners today, just imagine what he can do now. I saw a short clip of him doing a front flip off of one wall and landing on another 6 feet up

@Isen4rt I agree, I never did Parkour that much, but after this video I started practicing watermoves (that's how this style is called) every day. Every training I was trying watermoves.

@R4LStijn From the time I saw this video the first time, I tried to split my moves into two parts, the "powerful" parts and the "beautiful" parts, trying to create something more nice to see and useful to apply.

Results, till now, have been great. :)
