You're video you posted was when Feynman was really young. Chances are as he aged, and the feild of astronomy grew quite a bit, his view on this could have changed. That clip was from 1964, it wasn't till years later when we were able to realize how huge the universe really was, to the point where it's probabilistically possible many times over.

Especially when, like I said the advancement of the study of our universe showed that the chance of life on another planet is rather likely. Feynman is a pretty smart guy and knows things change when knowledge changes, he said "I have appoximate answers, possible beliefs and different degrees of certainty about different things, but not entirely sure about anything" (source below)
