  • Impressive , I am wanting more room so I can use a cot , Old man hates being on ground lol

  • Thanks for the vid. How long does the fire last for one fill-up?

  • @stevesmitty79 really depends on the wood you are using. Nice dry hardwoods, like Maple and oak will develop nice coals and with the damper closed up you can get a couple hours. If weight is not an issue you can bring compressed logs (eco-bricks) and get a nice hot fire that burns nice and clean. Also, can get a couple hours out of 2 of those bricks.

  • Thanks. You might try some welders cloth and sew it into the canvas for the stove jack. 10"x12" will make a nice comfy tent!

  • @Edzherenow99 hey Ed, wyominglostandfound has some very affordable stove jacks for a DIY install on ebay right now...... just thought you might be interested

  • Nice, I just picked up a 10'x12' canvas tarp I want to rig up like a miners tent and get a stove pipe insert and try that. can't afford a $1000 canvas wall tent. Great review

  • Hey brother, is this the 6 sided or 8 sided tent?

  • @stbaptiste78 the 6 sided one. I have another short video that shows it from the outside.

  • where did you get the tipi from?

  • @brodie1709 from a site names wyoming lost and found. I have a video on my channel of the tent with a link.

  • That is an amazing set up an outdoors stove. Can't wait to see more of your work with it. Thanks for sharing this!

  • Ah, I want that too :o) Good iso mat btw. - got the same and like it a lot.

    Greetings, Tim
