What they are saying is the USA dollar ability to purchase things is being tampered with. RIght now they are concerned about it being worth more, that is called appreciations, or deflation. That means the dollar can buy more. Reason for that tampering to control is the feds have borrowed money from the world & when they repay those loans they want the payment to be worth less since the number value is set when the loan is made. But that also effects everyones value of pay & savings negatively.
