The army is not supposed to mean anything, it is just simply Michael creating art. (He used to love militaria) This was just after Evan Chandler accused MJ of molestation and everyone was wondering if MJ would be able to return. So he made this masterpiece to show how big and famous he is and that he is going nowhere
