been dealing off/on with panic attacks since they began for me in 2005 they went away in 2007 had a long period free from any panic attacks then in fall 2010 they came back with a vegeANCe.... its been rough my panic is worse in early morn thru early afternnon with the evneings usually being my calm time not to say i havent gotten them at nite i just had one 1/2 hour ago after having a fairly good day
all you fuckers that think panic attacks are funny you can all go do 1 i have suffered from them really bad and still do and no one knows how it feels. i hate going out as im always so scared i will have one its the most scary thing i have ever been through and its pretty much taking over my life :(
I don't know what's happening, but while I watch this video and my eyes wander down to your chest, it's like my penis begins growing or something. It gets over twice it's normal size and becomes rock hard ? Has anyone else ever had any experience with this problem? Should I call a doctor? It's weird, because when the video ends, it goes away. So I just keep starting the video over and letting my eyes wander again and again.
I HAD A PANIC ATTACK THAT FELT LIKE I WAS FALLING FROM A HIGH PLACE OR THE ADRENALINE SURGE YOU GET WHEN YOU ALMOST FALL . IT LASTED ABOUT 20 MIN. IT FELT LIKE 2 HOURS. ITS LIKE GETTING PUNISHED BY THE GODS. IT REALLY SUKS.
Yeah when I had panic attacks I couldn't mention it. Actually I couldn't read websites for panic info because it would trigger panic attacks. I never got the energy rush where I had to move my body though.. I would get a buzzing feeling in my muscles, huge wave of hot flashes with dizziness, tingles, chest pain, heart beating. The dizziness would last for at least 4 hours afterward. It was so bad I couldn't drive.
@TakeSomeAdvice Yes I know how you feel. I also get bouts of dizziness and they are not fun. I know when I am about to panic because my whole face gets a flush of hotness through it. Thats the weird thing about panic though, there are so many different symptoms and everyone experiences them in different ways and even individual people experience different symptoms at different times. I used to get the chest pains but not so much anymore.
Yes the ER is very frustrating. My first week long panic
@tainigurrl attack I went to 3 different ERs until someone FINALLY noticed hey maybe there is something wrong here....I think they need to be more educated. Next time if you have to go tell them you are having a panic attack and that you can't calm down (idont know how long yours lasts) but tell them that you are litterally freaking out. They can give you xanax or ativan that will calm you down in a snap :). Some ERs are just filled with ignorant people though :(
@tainigurrl Yeah I was amazed they have so much schooling and were so clueless. When I went it was seriously like amateur hour.
It was actually the ER experiences that I attribute 80% of my anxiety to. Because I lost so much confidence in them so I felt alone if there really was something wrong with me. I certainly didn't trust them to diagnose me correctly. It was a life lesson I guess. I felt they didn't really care at all. I was just treated as a number. Meanwhile I'm so dizzy I can't drive
Think your having a fucking heart attack pretty much ha it indeed sucks.
