How interesting! this month, since in KO the calendar included lots of festivals for Set, Heru-wer and Ma'at, and one of them was about Set destroying the serpent, plus this is the middle of the kemetic calendar, I thought I'd dedicate it to get rid of negativity, so I did a list like yours and burnt it (along with a serpent drawing) in the festival of Set :)

The trick to getting this kind of spell is to do it with alot of emotion behind it. Like when your upset or excited.

I just wanted to share that for me, as a practicing Elemental Witch, I have had more success in burying my fears in the Earth. Or using water to carry them away from me. It quiets them and grounds them. Perhaps it's because I'm an air sign, but if I use fire, they tend to manifest in the ethers. gah! So, I typically use the element of fire for manifesting spells. I use smoky quartz. I channel all negativity into it, then take it to a park a good distance from my house and just throw it as far away as I can. Simple, but it works.
