Using the Single Rider line is good for one person who wants to go on the ride. But if you go with a group, you are better off using the Fastpass system so that your group can stay together because I can almost garrentee you that by having your entire group entering the single rider line you will not be riding together.

Going on Splash Mountain on my second trip to WDW has got to be my favorite memory of that trip (probably because it was the first time that I was no longer scared of that 52-and-a-half foot last drop). It was followed one year later by riding the original version at Disneyland in the year 2000.

I went on Hallowe'en night with my dad, and I had straightened my hair.

My cousin and my uncle were in the front of the log with my dad and I were in the middle seat. No one else was on the ride.

At the begginning, you go past the hill and water sprays. We realized this as we neared it. So we literaly paddled, trying to get into the near shelter so we wouldn't get wet, preferably my hair.

My cousin and uncle made it.

We didn't. :P

Oh, when I was seven I wouldn't go on this until my aunt convinced me that the inside of it was like A Small World (my favorite ride at the time), and that the only scary part was the hill. So I finally went on it, and I loved it! It was my favorite ride there!

I was 4 when I went on the haunted mansion My dad pushed me into the chair but I was so scared I Got off the seat and I cept running back on the escolator but the guy stopped the ride for me the he let me go uot the fire escape I was SO embarresed and when we were in the big room my baby sitter told me to look up at the roof 'cause I was scared I'l NEVER make that mistake again.

Last time I rode Splash Mountain and Ripsaw Falls i didnt get that wet, but Bluto's Bilge Rat Barges at Islands of Adventure just soaks you so much it isnt funny

I go to WDW almost every January. In 08, Splash Mountain was closed for maintenance so this past January, I was looking forward to riding more than ever. The wait time was only about 10 minutes but just as we were at the bar waiting to get on the next log, the ride broke down! Now I have to wait another year!!!

Last year, when Splash Mountain was closed for repairs, I was in line for Big Thunder Mountain RR when I saw 2 girls holding large cups of water. I asked them why were they bringing water on the train and the said, "Since Splash Mountain is closed, we're going to make our OWN Splash Mountain on this ride!".
