the machine has O3 and yes oxygen is forced into the skin to disinfect the anaerobic bacteria living on the epidermis. Thank you very much

oxygen doesn't come in liquid form, and you can't physically just put oxygen into your skin this is pointless and doesn't make any sense

I think you should learn a litlle more about oxygen... also check about water and oxygen peroxide.
