@pleite567 Depends on what you consider better. Because of the GPU's of the respective consoles, the xbox 360 has better shader because it has more pipelines and a unified shader architecture, but the PS3 has a higher texture fill rate and vertex/polygon fill rate giving you longer draw distances.

light is not equal to brightness...HDR on xbox 360 is so much better thats incomparable.

The graphics on xbox are better and has no discussion about that in these videos.

And a fan that spins slower is a clear signal that they had to go down on graphics.

So why make a fan quicker on the others and meake a slower on ps3?

The 360 I'm pretty sure is technically more powerful. Also easier to make games for, too. I'm also sure the 360 has better shader processing and better fill rate. This is why the lighting looks a bit better. Not much, but better. However, the PS3's architecture is better. Overall they're really just equal. But the ps3 will never match the PC or become much more powerful than the xbox due to how hard it is to program for it.

the problem is however that the amount of time its taken to crack the code on how to use the cell processor has killed the ps3. Unfortunately, Uncharted 2 actually buffed its loading screens to it =[ so even ps3 developers don't really know what to do with that kind of power. So PS3 as of right now is about even keel with xbox 360 imo. I own a ps3 and i play it more than my xbox 360.
