My sinus has been running 24 hours a day since 1976. It runs down my throat at night and runs all day. Because I can not blow it all out through my nose I have to hack it up and spit. I estimate that I could fill at least a pint a day but it may be as much as a quart. I have not been able to tell a doctor how long I have had it because my insurance company has changed many times and they all have that no prior illness clause. No drug seems to help. I wish I could afford to pay to get it fixed.

Great presentation. However I found a natural nose spray on the internet called sinusoothe and it has worked wonders for me. No more sinus pain, headaches and blocked nose!!!
