Yea this is/was Ted Lyons' car. He ran the one lap of america in 01/02/03 and is most famous for his 'mini-me' trailer. Search the TCCoA forums for Ted Lyons and you'll find a couple threads about him and the car.

IM IN LOVE. Got the same hood and body kit XENON 1994 white SC bored .20 over comp cams 3 inch exhaust all the way down the back stage two clutch and short shifter, not to mention my stock red 97 with the rims and subs for cruisin........................................ LOVE THUNDERBIRDS BABY!!!!!!

mine is a 1990 sc 40th anv. black/blue 27,752 miles. its got the supercharged v 6 tho not the 8 but it still breaks out so easy you have to watch your self when its wet out or the tires break for like nothing

this car looks an awful lot like Ted Lyon's old car which ironically enough was for sale a while back. I wonder if it found a new owner and some additional parts?
