I eat at a Korean restaurant at least once or twice a week. The woman who owns the place makes some of the best Korean dishes I have ever tried, and yesterday, she gave me a bowl of water kimchi, WOW, that was really good. Maybe I'll eat there three times a week now.
This was great, especially when you told your dad to "turn it down!" I like videos of Korean mothers cooking, it has more inherent credibility to the recipe.
