What makes melo a susperstar is his 4th qtr stats, and under 2 min stats, he's top 5 in fg% within the last 2 minutes of a game, that's usually when superstars take over. Career 24ppg 6rebs neither amare or monte is close to a career avg like that, mind you amare might avg more boards, but he's a pf. Dirk is a susperstar too.

To say melo isnt a susperstar is foolish. His late game stats seperates him from them

I will say that he picks when to play d, but he does it when needed (ask kobe) ask the redeem team who was the vocal leader of that team its not if he can or cant but when he feels its the need to do so and u can trust melo to play d watch him when he plays lebron
