It only "pops up" why you lose something. For example, it can be expensive, like in the video, or 1 gp. So if you want to see it appear, just take 4 gp and you will keep 3 and lose 1. That 1 gp is enough to make the gravestone appear.

You do not get money from the Gravestone just because you die. All it does is hold your items for five minutes (longer if blessed, of course) if you die.

I can't fully answer your question because I don't know what you mean by "500k per-membership."

All I can tell you to do is visit the RuneScape Knowledge Base article that I have a link for in the description. It will tell you everything you need to know about Gravestones and nothing will be incorrect because it was written by Jagex.

the angel of death has a flaw to it. u can only bless it which requires 70+ prayer so it limits the people who can help your death. but the upside it takes 5 minutes to break

If you are referring to the repair option, you only see that when the gravestone has 60 seconds or less left before it disappears.  Then people with almost no prayer can "recharge" it (makes it last 5 more minutes) for about 3 prayer.

You must be thinking about the default one which only lasts 60 seconds, thus you can repair it immediately.

Repairing is just like blessing but only requires 1 or 2 prayer(I forget.) Once the time on a gravestone is about to run out, you will get the option to repair it. Provided you have at least 5 prayer, it will take 5 prayer from you and make the gravestone last 5 minutes longer.

Also, if you read the Runescape Knowledge Base article that I gave you the link to in the description, that might be able to help some more.
