  • omg!! monday 1/2012 my jack russell ZOE is having this same surgery!!

she has 3-4 stones about the size of the tip of a ladies finger...

she is 7 years old. ,in other wise great health.

she has had several urinary infections but her last one was very bad..she was peeing over 30 small times a day!! the stones make her bladder feel full...only dribbled urine :(

she was given clavamox antibiotic..that helped but xrays showed the stones & now she must have them removed..from now on better dog food!

  • @marialawson7

ps ..also vet said that distilled water is better for dogs...well water etc can be hard & bad ...i may try a human diet..idk.pray for my zoe..she is like a child to me...i love her!!

  • poor dog

  • omg ir doesnt feel pain!?!?

  • I'm so proud of myself I was able to watch this and not turn it off!! That's just one small step for me towards becoming a vet tech! :D

Sorry I just had to say that

  • @fashionkid123 is this your dog? do you know if this dog could not urinate at all? or could he still urinate when he had the stones? im worried because my dog definitely has stones but im in the process of gathering up money and cant afford surgery right at this moment

  • that dog can make gold! :O

  • we found out our dog had them after watching this im glad we cought her early and got her on the right food we have never had worry about htis with our dobe but our american bulldog was the one who had them

  • Might be time to purchase some new surgical drapes - or use disposable ones - all those ragged edges and fluff so close to a sterile surgical field is making me cringe. Just a thought!

  • take some videos to school and sell them , make a few bucks

  • 0:20 And I said, I don't care if they lay me off either, because I told, I told Bill that if they move my desk one more time, then, then I'm, I'm quitting, I'm going to quit. And, and I told Don too, because they've moved my desk four times already this year, and I used to be over by the window, and I could see the squirrels, and they were married, but then, they switched from the Swingline to the Boston stapler, but I kept my Swingline stapler because it didn't bind up as much...

  • @McSuperfly101 Lol he does kind of sound like Milton!!

  • The vet is funny !!!.

  • that looks painful poor doggy is she on pain killers

  • wow! one word sayng

  • Poor dog. Good thing he had surgery. And OMG that man is annoying!!!!!

  • poor dog

  • I was surprised that he didnt irrigated after the stones removal, since there were a lot of sand size stones. that can cause reocurrence of the stones.

  • YOu sure thats not a alien!?

  • @ 13hane it's a dog dumass

  • i dont even think that fish is alive even

  • @13hane its a dog

  • @Insomaniac why the FUCK, would I, go to JAIL, for something my DAD did. Think about it dumb bitch, an while your at it, suck my dick.

  • I'd hate to have to push that out!

  • it looks like a tooth

  • My dog had bladder stones. It was horrible, she had a very extreme case. Luckily she is living and fine today! Always make sure to feed your dogs the right food owners! Because this CAN happen!

  • @ThePhuzz how do they get this?

  • The youtube should ban the publication of this kind of movies that nobody wants to see. Are disgusting

  • @Twery1 This is actually a great tool for undergrad students like myself who plan on going into vet schools. My schedule doesn't allow me to shadow during the school year to watch surgeries, so I find them on Youtube. I actually have quite a few of them saved to my favorites, so I'd be very disappointed if Youtube banned this kind of thing.

  • YEW

  • holy shit there huge!

  • Waste of money, just put the bitch down. Not even with meds, just shotgun it, that's what my dad did.

  • @AnimeCrazedd dude if u actually had ur dad use a shotgun on a dog u can get in a lot of legal trouble like 25-40 years of prison so go screw yourself

  • why did you put this on youtube???????

  • great video, reassured me as my doggy having same op tomorrow.

  • is that the heart

  • @Hippofan554 It's the bladder... Where the Urine and poo stores in.

  • Loving that indian doctor accent. xD He's so humoured even while doing something so horrendous.

  • I was watching a hamster run a mini course like dogs do for shows, ten minutes ago and I ended up here. I'm glad I did. :) I'm gonna be learning how to do this stuff.

  • i want to be a vet but this doc is harsh on his patient even i f it asleep

  • Which of the suture you have applied?

  • poor dog! :[

  • they looked like ketchup on putatos

  • oooooo poor dog that must of hurt :(

  • ew! i watched ten seconds and was gone!ew!infinity yuck!

  • Or something like that . . . .

  • @MelissaMichelleFlood its a dog lol xD

  • Poor fish . . . :(

  • @MelissaMichelleFlood

not a fish its a dog

  • @clonekiller386

It looks like a duck or bird.....

  • i hate surgerys to look at

  • What diet causes this?

I hope everything is alright for the dog now

  • they wer huge fucken stones

  • this is so fucked up.

  • Wow that was sick.

These stones were so fuckin huge

  • When he's sticking his finger inside the incision I feel a finger prodding inside my belly button...other than that: HOLY FUCK THOSE ARE SOME HUGE STONES

  • Where is the dog?

  • eat it!

  • is that a fox terrier? poor, poor dog!

  • every was good, but what happen whit the surgical field,,,is old and ugly

  • Bullshit no F'n way!!!

  • wtf.....?????!

  • thats discusting

  • OMG

  • Why was the dog not intubated to maintain anesthesia? There is no excuse for a surgery like this to be performed without proper intubation and maintenance of airway!! This is scary!

  • HOLY JUSUSE ON A POGOSTICK!!!

  • That was wow!!!!!!!! holy fudge bars!!!!!

  • his a live?!?!?!!?!?!?!

  • This is the greatest video. It amazing what aan animal or human's body can produce. This had to be very hard on the dog. All of that filling up his bladder. There would be very little room for urine. The dog likely had to go out every 15 minutes. There were probably accidents on the floor too. Poor dog, but a must see video. CK.

  • bad food

  • pardon my ignorance but did the dog swallow the stones?

  • NO THEY WERE FORMED BY FATTY FOODS

  • that was his bladder not his stomach

  • it makes me sea sick

  • that makes me feel bad, but i know that he/she feels much better after that surgery. btw i hate your camera zoom cos' f that noise when you press the button :D lovely dog<3

  • What causes this?

  • That poor baby must have been in so much pain. He/she will feel so much better now:) What kind of dog is it?

  • why are they getting the stones???...it's making my stomach upside down...

  • Damn hes playing fast and hard with that bladder

  • holy shit!!!

  • The Vet just removed a Urine Stone from My Guinea Pig in size of a Nectarine Stone ! Friggin nuts...

  • poor baby :(

  • okay now thats kinda grose

  • lol the women is like "woooow" lolz

  • 1:22 Hahahaha,Interesting voice.

  • payneful 2 watch

  • that was very interesting... :)

  • Now those are some nasty stones! That poor poooch would have been in so much pain! poor baby!

  • the biggest one of those was as bic as a small tv !!

  • Poor dog :(

  • wow nasty but akward

  • OMG there like rocks!!! That is some sloppy surgery and the way he was poking around the bladder Im surprised it didnt burst. What an idiot.

  • and your a trained vet,, idiot

  • its the only way to get the stones out, fingers arn't shart, so it's good.

But tools are sharp, THE TOOLS would break the gulbladder.

    your the idiot!

  • Ahahah, if you're too gentle with surgery, or even cleaning animals, etc., ....it won't work. You need to poke about, not HARD, but vets KNOW what to do. Idiot.

  • @xNatalie24x .Im sorry to say this Natalie, but thats the way it is even with humans. I am a Registered Nurse and i do OR (operating room). theres no other way to do it trst me. thats why it hurts so bad after.

  • Im no professional surgeon but that surgery looked really messy and not well done. Does anyone know if that is the way surgery should be done.

  • holyl shit that's a lot of stones lol

  • fuck off, are you a trained vet??

    bitch

  • chill, i'm in high school wtf are you cussing at me for?

I'm gonna be a trained vet eventually.

  • sorry! i ment to say that to someone else,

    im very sorry

  • oh ok :P

  • Wat Is Tht?

  • I have an English setter, her name is Bianca and she has a struvitis in urethra (3cms) . She is going to have a surgery next week so please friends wish her good luck and lots of health. thanks.

  • I know you put this a month ago, but I hope Bianca is ok.

  • The condition of your surgical drape is embarassing!! Really neat surgery but are you sure you should be posting this??

  • I agree! It doesn't look professional at all! i

  • @Wredonisia . based on what knolodge u say that?

  • WOW1 Simply amazing. My life-long dream from when I was little is to be a Vet Surgeon <3 And that will never change!

  • Pima offers vet. tech courses. We help with the surgeries. He seemed to be jaggedly cutting that gall bladder. Not very good.

  • i am sooooo becoming a vetenarian surgeon

  • glamorous

  • My Toy Fox Terrier had 13 stones but nothing to compare to this. Poor baby must have been in a great deal of pain.

  • Omg I can't wait til I'm in the surgery phase portion of schooling. This is awsome!

  • Is that your dog? Poor baby, that must've been horrible. I can watch this, but if I think about my baby going through that I get chills all over.

    ~Trav

  • That is amazing!! I bet the poor thing feels so much better now!

  • How did dog get so many galbladder stones? Is the dog ok now?

  • Yes the dog is okay..it did have a problem with controlling its bowl movements, but now that the stones are out and the dog is being given medication that will correct the tyroid problem...The dog will be fine!

    :)

  • im glad to hear that :D

  • that's awesome!

    what exactly are bladder stones?

  • bladder stones are hard calcium. THey can form in the body when there is a inbalance in the tyroid gland...that's what happened here. The dog was urinating on itself uncontroably because of the stones, so they had to be removed!!

    ;)))

  • oh ok! thanks for the information. i want to become a veterinarian..for exotic animals specifically.

  • @FashionKid123 how can they get this?

  • @FashionKid123 Wow I didn't even know dogs can get these! I hope it goes well

  • cool!
