Deborah, if given the chance back then would have given the American music world more integrity & a more respectable stance than the Madonna, Britney, Lil' Kim & whatever slut or "gang-bang" garbage they call "music" then & today. There's absolutely little or no talent exhibited today that was displayed back in the 80's early 90's. That's why the 80's genre is always remembered & honored than any other decade! No wonder Deb is doing Broadway & not so much pop she knows the games that are played!
"Without You" is a song by Debbie Gibson released as a single exclusively in Japan in 1990. Gibson wrote the lyrics herself, with music written by a Japanese singer-songwriter Tatsuro Yamashita.

@HELPLESS1016: I had the opportunity to record off the radio when I was still living in Japan. No wonder not very many are familiar with this hit in the U.S. It was a great hit during its first release over the airwaves.
This should have been on the American AIP....This would have made for an excellent single here the U S...it was basically on the same path as Amy Grant and Wilson Phillips
@debfan74: I kinda wondered about their deregulation laws on foreign hits going international, because she co-wrote this song with a Japanese artist back in 1990.
wow, i just can't stop loving Debbie and her music till now. She always touched my heart.
