well i certainly hope that something comes to fruitition. I had Cisplatin in 1993 and have had quite bad sensorineural hearing loss ever since (although i got worse around 1996). Ive had a bit of a difficult time at work because and have also had confidence issues and problems with anxiety. I still sometimes think it must be me and not the hearing loss. Well there now looks to be some light at the end of the tunnel and I can finally get on with living my life again,just have to keep waiting.

Thanks for the great vid. I went through chemo last year at the age of 23 with the drugs Cisplatin and Etoposide. My hearing is terrible after the treatment finished. It is good to hear there is ongoing research and other people with similar concerns. Thanks again.
