I am a ghost hunter apprentice, and from what you found, I couldn't say. But it isn't a bug. two frames a second would make that too slow for a walk on the lens or a flyby, but too fast for the amount of turns it took. although, it actually could have just been moisture.. Keep looking and you might find more though ^_^

and try using small things to respond to, like shave and a haircut.

I agree with the insect wing theory - possibly something like a lacewing, or a bug with long see through wings, you can definitely see two separate "things" that open. It probably settled above the lens of the camera with it's wings overhanging the lens, the colour of the street lamp make them appear orange/brown.

I do believe in ghosts but isnt it strange that with ghosts everyone seems to just have their camera handy to capture it all on tape?

With pictures it is often different. People take the photo and only notice the strange faces/figures after the images have been processed or viewed on screen.

I have never come into contact with a ghost nor do I really wish to but far too many people seem to have their camera recording when they saw something strange.

Ghosts also appears as orbs, these are "week ghosts" or "new ghosts" who are still, ajusting. Sometimes depending how clear the orb is, if you zoom in it may look like a head.

Okay, this is a very simple illusion. The focus of a camera is set in the distance. A very small branch with a leaf was blown into view of the camera. The wind continued to blow for a while, and when it stopped, the leaf became hidden from the camera's view again.
