  • i personally think that the computer program would be extremely helpful not only is he telling you about the workouts but hes telling you about a program that will keep track of preogress and decline in schedules.. show some respect?

  • If you are interested in p 90 x, crossfit, hiit, workouts that are not stale, getting tone, building muscle, increasing cardiovascular health... the program can help.
