They were shooting video through another pane of glass that had a smudge on it. This was also the case in another video where they claimed a ghost crossed a dirt road. Someone was video-recording inside a vehicle when you saw what appeared to be something pass in front of the vehicle. that too was merely a smudge on the windshield of the car they were in. This is no different.

Most incidents like this have plain-as-day explanations.
