@squirrelybmx You have to beat the Single Player League mode on Very Hard first (and yes, that does mean defeating Mewtwo). After you do it, Super Hard is unlocked.

well it's hard to get better without giving yourself a real challenge. i'd say i MIGHT(not trying to make any claims for myself) be jsut a little bit better than this guy myself. sometimes my wins are legit, sometimes the cpu just raises it's stacks to high(lol). either way, it gives you a good challenge.

i constently get stuck on the final stages(Gary and Mewtwo), and i always lose, but what pisses me off most is when i win because the computer just didn't do anything. thats the only way i beated Mewtwo once, and only once

Cool and all, but I'll be impressed if you can actually BEAT super hard. The whole thing. I did it once, years ago, and still can't do it again. It's fuckin crazy.

Also, no offense, but you need to get better. Expecially early on, there were a ton of missed opportunities and times where you could have done it faster/better.

Protip: Do NOT play this game on a keyboard. The keyboard sucks ass compared to a N64 controller. I used to be able to beat Super Hard with no continues on the N64, but on the emulator I needed many tries just to get to Mewtwo and three or four tries to beat him! Plus I could only beat Mewtwo in a time of 7:19 (!!!).

Still, this game was loads of fun and addictive as hell. I'm thinking about downloading it on the VC when I get the chance...

I saw the hearts thing too, but when I paused the screen right as they lost, I noticed the Marsh Badge still holding the whole thing up. Even if they got the hearts in time, it wouldn't have made a difference.

Luck was involved, but it was a good job, nonetheless.

It wasn't a glitch, the AI was trying to line up the hearts but couldn't do it fast enough. And I mean no offense by this, but I'm surprised you've gotten so far in S-hard... you're not very good. :3 Try to combo more and move faster. I've gotten to Gary on S-Hard with only 4 continues. :x
