Check the moves and the screen shown at 0:34.

If it says Pokemon Movie 08, it's real.

If it says Hall of Orgin, someone hacked.

Pichu should be shiny, and know the moves shown in this clip. (Also look at the info screen where it came from.)

if you take Arceus to the Ruins of Alph, there is a secret doorway that will open, and you can go through it to a new place. i don't know much about it, but you can check Serebii.. the Shiny Pichu triggers Notched Ear Pichu. Canada and U.S. will have to wait till next year.. it will come to America and Canada. i'm not sure about the last question..
